Ahh memories...

A recent (today actually) issue of Girl Genius Online (this page exactly) brought back a lot of memories.

This quote specifically:
"He listened to my suggestions. He actually tried out my ideas! Nobody EVER listens to me! This is wonderful!"

fits a lot.
A typical response to anything I say or do, particularily creatively:
"Oh that's nice" *pats head*

I feel like I've been treated like a child all my life when it comes to computer work - programming specifically. It's a sore point.
yet I can't stop. I love it.
it's making things. And making things is as necessary as breathing.

I really empathise with Agatha.
