That's part of the problem really.. guys have expectations of being sociopaths and the ones who don't either have to tough it out - or break. I'm finally toughing it now ... but for a long time I was broken by others expectations.
(being sensitive to others expectations is stupid too IMHO. but it's kind of necessary for learning social interaction rules)
it's kind of frustrating.. guys are expected to be creeps so a lot do (and getting worse).
*shrug* I'm a lot more comfortable myself but I'm bloody tired of people reading sociopathic agendas into my trying to behave chivalric. I was raised to be a gentleman by my family's standards - so there's things I do just because it should be done.
