A randomness of thoughts.

nonfluffypagans, a recent (perhaps inappropriate for there) post brought up an interview with Philip Zimbardo (1971 Stanford Prison Experiment)
various thoughts:
I grew up and lived in a world like where Philip Zimbardo came from. My people then were blamed for all kinds of wrong - and abandoned to the streets and death from cold.
and to the abuses of the privileged ones.
I wasn't one of the privileged ones. My little brother is - we made that possible for him. I am perhaps now... but it's a new thing. I still have great trouble explaining some of my past to people who do NOT understand.... as it's a great part of who I am - and more importantly - why I react the way I do.
and then another thought:
"patriarchy" is a myth kept by those afraid of their own part of the problem.
