If this is anywhere near a correct translation:
Congratulations and be prosperous!

If you can't read this - no worries. Neither can I - I only know about 50 or so characters and these for the most part aren't in my list.
I speak and read Japanese - and not particularily well. I would very much like to learn some standard Chinese at some point. The only real relation I've found between the languages (written) is that Japan uses the Chinese characters from approximately 1700 years ago. Very very old fashioned...


I think I've even got this on the right day *silly grin*. Am going to go check out parade.
